Product role
A commercial kitchen suppression system uses a wet-chemical agent and dedicated nozzles to protect cooking appliances, hood / plenum and duct hazards. It is designed specifically for high-temperature cooking-oil fires.
Functionality
Fusible links or dedicated detection initiates the system, releases wet chemical over protected cooking surfaces and typically operates interlocks such as fuel / electrical shutdown according to design.
